Azienda Agricola Conte Picedi Benettini - Fattoria Il Chioso

An old tradition and great passion link the Conti Picedi Benettini family to the cultivation of vines and olive groves. The Il Chioso Farm, with its beautiful Villa, is situated on the hills between Val di Magra and the Gulf of La Spezia,at an average altitude of 150 m. above sea level. It is here that the grapes used in the production of wine are grown, while the olive oil and the olive groves are cultivated on the hills above Lerici, on the Barcola estate, following the organic farming method. The company keeps up with the local traditions and together with the renovation policies, as certified by the national and international high level awards that the company has gained. The grapes are used for White DOC Colli di Luni Vermentino, White and Red IGT Golfo dei Poeti and Val di Magra.
